| The Yamba River Markets is run by Live Prawn Productions, a
local non-profit association. We have a market policy that aims
to support stallholders who make
or grow all they sell and reside
in the Clarence Valley whilst also welcoming
new-comers from further
away.
o
The new Yamba River Markets are
now
at Ford
Park in the Yamba CBD and are organised as an "event" rather than
as an "outdoor shopping centre". All residents
&
visitors
alike are encouraged to stay and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
o
After
expenses, all market profits are reinvested into community cultural
activities
& towards the 2008 Surfing The Coldstream Arts/Fringe Festival. |
